I am a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga according to method to Sri B.K.S. Iyengar Int. Junior 2 (Level 2). I teach offline and online, group and individual classes, conduct classes on therapy and for pregnant women. My teaching experience is more than 15 years. I am a specialist in Self-integrity method. I am also the author and presenter of the program “Berries in a frying pan”.

The Path to Yoga

In 1996 I graduated from VGIK. For several years I worked as a director. This was an interesting job that required sacrifices, such like as lack of regime, poor nutrition, rare meetings with family and friends. After a few years of such a life, I wondered what to do next? The turn happened in an unexpected direction – I started doing yoga.

The Path in Yoga

For 20 years of studying and teaching Iyengar yoga, I have come a long way. Studying, passing exams to the next level, trips to India to the heart of Iyengar yoga at Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune (India, Maharashtra), attending master classes and seminars of senior foreign and Russian teachers, constant work on yourself.

Among my teachers are Gabriella Jubilaro, Lois Steinberg, Patricia Walden, Stephanie Quirk, Rita Keller, Elena Ulmasbaeva and others. Trips to India help me to feel and understand the spirit of yoga even more deeply and move forward under the guidance of the Iyengar family.

Over the years of studying and teaching, I have collected a large amount of material to help people with various diseases and in different life situations. I help to prepare for pregnancy, childbirth, recover after them. I will support you during depression, help you recover from respiratory diseases. I am really good at working with what was once my problem: overcoming body stiffness, upper back and arms.

Thanks to yoga, my life has completely changed for the better. I live according to the regime established by me; I monitor the nutrition of the whole family. I feel and see the result of my work every day. My posture has improved, my shoulder blades have retracted, I don’t need to look in the mirror to know that my back is straight. Sometimes I look into it to remind myself how difficult it is to fix things, habits. Therefore, it is important for me not to stop, but to continue following the chosen path.

Self-integrity method appeared in my life in 2018. In 2021, I became a certified specialist. This method attracted me with its simplicity and effectiveness. The environmental friendliness of the technique lies in the fact that the specialist does not penetrate into the soul of the client, but delicately fulfills the request. I am glad for these good changes and the changes of my clients.
